Open the Extensions page
Click ⋮ in Chrome's top-right corner, choose Extensions → Manage Extensions, or open chrome://extensions in the address bar.

Install the Chrome extension

Turn on Developer mode
Enable Developer mode in the top-right corner of the Extensions page to reveal the extension loading controls.

Drop in the CRX
Drag the downloaded wljpassmgr.crx onto the Extensions page, then confirm the Chrome installation prompt.
Can you access the Chrome Web Store?
Users outside mainland China can install directly from the store without loading the CRX manually.
